You can buy from Government surplus and school district auctions.
Keep in mind that most Government agencies keep diesel buses in service at least 15 years.

Public agencies keep their stuff in top shape. Private school bus companies. Note school buses have to be kept in top shape by law and they must be repainted somewhat when no longer one. Ritch Bros auction.
