Many of today's younger generation seek this site for answers to their homework. And if they don't like our answer, they proceed to report us as violators. TALK ABOUT GEORGE ORWELL'S 1984. He is absolutely correct when it comes to today's kids pointing the finger at most adults for no apparent reason, and we get convicted for our honest participation. They are getting worse and more spoiled than ever. They don't appreciate the things they have today. And they are supposed to be our future leaders? This country is doomed...Respond how you wish...after all, doesn't everybody go crying to "daddy yahoo" anyway?

I understand what you are saying "oneunder", but my latest response to a question was "didn't study up huh?"
and i get reported for that. If you want to continue sucking hard, be my guest have to gripe with you, but if you want to insist that I am fussing over a few bad eggs, just remember "WE LEAD BY EXAMPLE" and seems you are one of the reasons why they may get away with s h i t. As adults do we get away with the defamation of a character with the intent to discredit? NO! WE END UP IN COURT OVER A LAWSUIT. KIDS NEED TO LEARN EARLY HOW MUCH HARM DISCREDITING OTHERS CAN RESULT IN

hey, "first dragon", I understand your point as well. but they need not rely on an "attack" as you say, for them to finally "...realise..."This country has already exercised itself in that style, and I don't like the results I am seeing today. If they learn early, their reactions as adults would be a bit more rational and in a more diplomatic fashion...and even more so, with pride

I use the words "future leaders" not just in terms of government, but as our bosses and foremans, and CEO's, (oh great) and police agencies and all that apply...
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION

the kids can complain
but yahoo seems to be grown ups about it
i have gotten a few letters from them but they allow us to explain and they dont ban us [only cencure the one post ] i feel thats fair
dont worry we are all different those complainers never will run anything , there is good and bad in every one
your just fussing about a few bad eggs
there are way more intelligent ''kids'' reading this than the complaining ones would care to admit ,in reality they reveal more about themselves the more complaints they lodge ,and dont think yahoo hasnt noted them
if reported for wrong reasons report back
it all counts
we just explain ,yahoo gets the full picture
sees the patterns and fixes it in time
if you save your posts you can repost it under another id
i love our yahoo ''mother''
i have allready got one god i call father

Not all the youngsters are that bad, I agree that a large portion of them are getting worse every year I see this. I see they on their way to school, some of the language and behavior ... I look back I was never that bad nor was anyone I knew. home work is to be done at home not yahoo, you should fine your own answer not have someone tell you. my dad was telling us now 50 years back, when he was a lad home lights where new. the world has progressed very fast, young people today done see that, they only see what they want (eg. the new model of the PS) yes youngsters today have become spoiled and appreciate things, no you shouldn't get violations for telling some one the best way to do their home work is to get off yahoo answers.
I'm 18, and even I know that

I hear you. In the future, we are going to be seeing a lot more of this - where kids are encouraged to "rat" on adults for no reason. I already see much of this going on with parents these days. A lot of parents refuse to properly discipline their children out of fear. As a consequence, many of the kids are becoming spoiled, asinine little brats. I often wonder what kind of monsters they will become when they get older. They'll probably grow up to terrorize us. Scary thought!

What you say has validity, but I have a different take on it.
Do you think today's young people, when they realize that their country really is being attacked, will be patient and conciliatory? Will they worry too much about whether THEY might be the cause of the problem, or about whether the world agrees with them? Sure, they attack us old outdated folks with this, but when the cause is their own, do you think they will be troubled by scruples? I think not. Once they realize that they really have an enemy (not just the grownups) they will take care of business bigtime.

Blame the parents. It's their fault if the kids are spoiled selfish kids, if they can't be strong with their kiddies they shouldn't of had them in the first place.

You know we are in trouble when sixth graders have cell phones. Until parents show some brass the kids will keep pressing.
