I do agree with the quote because it is true. If you really want to do something then you will be fully committed if you don't want to do something than you will not be completely committed and you wont get good results. basically you get what you deserve.

Yes, I generally find that true. If your going to do something its always better to do your best. You always get the best results. You do something half assed you get those same results.
