You would need to build a time machine and go back in time to find out for certain. Otherwise you would need to determine how fast each star in the sky is moving in relation to our solar system. I think you would need a fairly powerful computer program to figure out such a thing, plus a large amount of data.

To tell what a constellation looked like some time in the past you would need to find out how the stars are moving and then regress them back to their positions at the time in question...

Like a train moving 60 mph... if you regressed it an hour then it would be back down the track by 60 miles.
