The total Calories for 2 tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter that contains 6g of carbohydrate, 16g of fat, and 7g of protein.
when i did it i got 214 kcal and its wrong, i dont understand what i did wrong. all i know it as to be in kcal.
this is what i did i timed 6g by 4 kcal and got 24
then 16g by 9 kcal and got 162
then 7g by 4 kcal n got 28 i added them and got 214kcal
