I'd prefer anarchy, but if I must choose a leader, how 'bout the dalai lama? Or Stephen Hawking... They would both at least try to do what's best for the world and future, and a monarchy allows them to look further than the next 4 yrs, and screw the world after that...also forces them to be responsible to the future, because they will still be around to be in trouble if it goes wrong from poor tending...

1) I would certainly want to live in a peaceful & conflict-free democracy where freedom of speech would be instantly & widely recognized, respected, accepted & practiced by all.
2) I would definitely nominate Leonardo DiCaprio as my world leader because he is a dedicated environmentalist & animal activist and because he is a damn good versatile actor, not to mention absolutely drop dead gorgeous.
3) Because I am in love with the free world & with Leonardo and I want nothing more than for him to ask me to marry him!
