If he cares about you... He will call you! Why don't you just wait for him to call, Let see if he really miss you or not? ok? trust me.. take this as a test from you to him. =) JUST DONT CALL HIM! LET HIM MAKE THE FIRST MOVE!
And I agree with JENNY CHANG: If he said that he will talk to you later, that's mean he will call you BUT it could be today, tomorrow, the day after next week, next month maybe next year! LOL. But people seems dont understand that and expectinga call for hours after that!!!
