Girls & Title 9?

if a highschool girl was to be kicked off of her track team based on a personality conflict between the coach and herself, and the girl wanted to run on the boys track team instead (to have a track credit) would title 9 support that issue???

Running in the boys track team will not be allowed because of the rules although it could be changed to accommodate the girl for special reasons.
