With so much news around of the Govt., courts, Judicial System, Legal and Law'n Order Machineryies of India being so biased and doesn't listen to Men'n his folks at all. And there are so many women encourgaded by this is misusing the laws created to protect injustice against women to extort, black mail, threaten and destroy the lives, future of so many families. And these two silently watch it cause all they do care is their seat of power.

Now I am not talking in the air, both of them have agreed publicly, to be aware of this misuse but doesn't care to do anything!!!

So you decide!!!

I am telling this from my personal experience, been a law abiding citizen infact a very proud citizen of India who did not ever want to change his Nationality though had many opportunities. But today after having been swindled by his wife's folks been knocking the doors for Justice backed with proofs and evidences, but being a Man who cares to even listen to me? Infact the courts are all ears to my wife's spun stories and do not even bother to hear mine instead abuses me'n my folks asking me to sacrfice everything including my folks and be a slave and dance to the whims and fancies of my wife'n her folks.

And this is not just my case, I know of atleast 2,500 other people who just happen to be in the same boat and can do nothing but helplessly watch thier families, childern and their own future destroyed and can do nothing about it. This is just a very small %age of people who are aware of eachothers existence - when there is a bigger number in India.

Who cares for men??

Have you all here not been reading of Women asking questions of

1. How to train their hubbies?
2. How to throw the In-Laws out of the house?

And all of you guys out here write for it. Not one has the guts to write against it. Infact there are a few Women who have the guts to write against it - I do admire them!!!

Some one advice me of filing a Divorce instead of an RCR and claims ot be a lawyer - sweetheart, if I file a divorce me and my family would be sued for Dowery Harrasment which we need to run around to prove our innocence and my wife'n her folks would use it as the last option to suck what ever money is left with me. And to arrest us its just on the word of my wife'n her folks with no evidences and proofs that the curropt cops of India would arrest under a criminal, non-bailable and non-cognizable case!!!

India now has the new Domestic Violence Act where only a woman can file cases against a husband for being violent and not vice versa as if a Indian women is God

Now we have another one in the making - Sexual Harassment Bill again another one sided Act where a Woman only could sue a Man and a whole Corporate for anything again no evidences or proofs required. What would happen - companies and businesses will simply stop recruiting Indian Women.

Should not the Heads of India be doing something? The will not do it. - because they need to have something called gutts. All they would say very diplomatically like we have been seeing in the past on all major issues holding thier hands between their legs and say "We are watching the situation and the developments!!"

All this is mainly with the idiocratic Marital Laws of India!!!

Sexual Harrasment Bill - is an effect of the famous Wipro / Azim Premjee being pulled into a Marital issue by one of his employees husband beating wife against her husband and to extract as much possible from one of India's biggest corporate!!!

The below is the reply to certain questions some have put to me:

If India happens to be a Democratic Country - I as a citizen has right to freedom of speech, and could use it to get my right to Justice!!

Its not a crime to speak against a person in power elected by the citizens of the country to protect and enhance Democracy, stop misuse of laws of the country and stop injustice!!!

Probably threatening may be a crime, but definitly pointing out a mistake or lethargy to make right the wrong, is not a crime.

Many of you might think I am talking in the air - I've been doing whatever good possible in my limits, including sponsoring some kids. I do help our in press conferences against this biasdness towards Indian Men in their own country, I also counsell couples to maintain harmony - which many of you poitning fingers here in this forum, must not even be caring to do it.

Since I told you that you should have filled a suit for divorce rather then for restitution of conjugal rights, I would like to clarify this here once again, you had all the evidence in your favor that shows that you have been cheated by not only your wife but even her parents, now tell me what for you are keeping all these evidence with you? Just to defend your self in a suit for restitution of conjugal right saying that although you have received such harassment from your wife still you want to keep her so you should be allowed the decree of restitution of conjugal rights, now put yourself in the seat of the presiding officer/judge & see will you not think that such a plea shows as if there is something wrong from your side that’s why you are asking for restitution of your relationship if it was not so you would have asked for divorce to get rid of such a wife who has been cheating you, harassing you & threatening you in wrong criminal matters like cruelty, dowry or domestic violence. Now for your information the Supreme Court of India in one of its landmark judgment has held that filling of any wrong criminal complaint against the husband such involving dowry & cruelty etc amounts to MENTAL CRUELY ON BEHALF OF WIFE FOR THIS THE HUSBAND SHOULD BE GRANTED DIVOCE. Do you think courts in India don’t understand or know what is going on, & what you think about these cops who themselves don’t know law properly not even what actually laid down in the Indian Penal Code or The Criminal Procedures Code leave aside enactments like Dowry Prohibition Act or the protection of women from domestic violence Act. My dear friend I am not speaking either in favor or against any enactment I only guide people here regarding their legal rights, if your legal right has been infringed go & get relief for it but in a proper manner, you are hurt by the mental cruelty inflicted by your wife go ask for divorce not restoration of conjugal relationship. For me whether it is a man or a woman all are equal. Last & not least I myself have suffered a lot in such matrimonial matter myself that made me to get a law degree & become a lawyer & understand where it hurts the most. OK. Stop abusing everyone whether he is President or Primeminister or any class of people that is most uncall for from an educated person like you.

See my friend first of all i don't understand why you sound so frustrated !
Its the whole system which is messed up and not a particular person or seat which is responsible for this mess of 50 years.
things are improving a lot and just to remind you that ours is atleast a real democracy where every1 has the power to question anybody.
look at the countries where even voicing your agonies is a crime, where there're no ears to listen to the cries of the masses.
Ask yourself what you have done to change the system...have you even tried that??
who's stopping you....go ahead and become the next prime minister.
and 1 thing i must remind you....bad mouthing the president of india in india is a punishable crime, so be careful !

1> The president and the prime minister are not to be blamed for it. Supreme court enforces laws. It can challenge decisions madeby the president itself. So my friend, president and the prime minister can suggest modifications in law, they cannot enforce them.
2> There are a lot of people suffering from such harassments. Some women misuse the liberty offered to them for their own welfare.
3> As it comes to court proceedings, they ask proof for easch and every thing. Even if it's the woman who is being harassed, she has to prove it, show evidences. Although I agree, that indian police, are always ready to lodge complaints against the groom side. But I'm sure if the groom wants to lodge a complaint against the bride, he can. The officers will have to lodge the complaint. That's the law.
4> Laws have been made to make sure that women gets, his marital rights but they haven't provided much for marital rights of a husband. You will have to file in complaints under different sections of law. Please consult a better lawyer. There are organizations which specialize dealing with such situations. Consult them.

I think you need to introspect and see where is your problem personally. I dont think we all should be subject to such questions just becoz you have a bad life or have a troubled marriage. Get yourself a life.

And for heaven's sake stop abusing respectable people like the President and the PM. They surely have earned their dignity and respect and position the hard way.

And if you think you made a mistake by staying back in India, get the bloody hell out, surely this great nation can do with one less uncouth and uncivilised citizen!!

isn't it a wrong question at wrong place.
u have problems then solve this form some community in your locality. if u know 2500 other people then seek their help , use their knowledge. this is not the right place for sulking and abusing. u have used a very inappropriate word in your question which shows your immaturity level.
President and Prime Ministers of countries like India have to deal with more than 1000000000 people so they deal at much higher authoritative level. how can they hear u.
U should file your problem in a local court and then go upwards progressively.
