There is so much out there that to pick one song over another is practically impossible. However there is a songwriter that I really like named Kerry Livgren (original member of the band Kansas) and his first solo album, "Seeds Of Change," has some amazing Christian rock songs, especially the last song called "Ground Zero." Symphonic Christian Prog Rock!!!
He also followed up with a band he formed after leaving Kansas called AD, and the best song on their debut album was called "High On A Hill," a great upbeat rocker with a fantastic message about how the Crucifixion was actually the beginning of His greatest miracle in conquering death through the Resurrection. The song also features some absolutely dynamite, pyrotechnical keyboard playing that should please just about anyone!!!

This is one of those questions that is virtually impossible to answer.
Depends on what you mean by "Best". If you mean most successful, you would probably have to choose a song like "If I Could Only Imagine"...or anything by Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant, Kirk Franklin or DC Talk.
If you mean best written it's hard to argue with anything from Michael Card or the great Andrae Crouch.
IMO, the "Best" song would have to be the most enduring or popular song in the genre. So I would guess that "Amazing Grace" would be the "best" Christian song ever made.
