have sex with a mom and the daughter at the same time and then i also heard one time that it meant have sex with the mom with one of your friends to (like a 3 sum) then go and have sex with her daughter with the same friend (also a 3 sum)

It means would you sleep with the mother, then her daughter. They both must be really good looking, similar looking.
