The Coast Guard Academy. It accepts fewer students than the other service academies -- so is a little harder to get into.

Harvard accepts 9%
Princeton accepts 10%

I dont know, i think Harvard is probrobly the hardest to get in to, my friend who is brilliant recieved offers of full scholarships to MIT, Dartmouth, The Rochester Institute of Technology, and Stanford, He chose Harvard which reduced its cost to 1300 per year.

Without selfdiscipline,and determination,prayers from Mother
Tresea, and St.Jude,an unending supply of dead presidents
in the upper values, intellectual fortitude and an over zellous
ego, I'd say forget trying to get into "ANY" of them!!

Take up trivia classes and go on so you want to be a millionaire, or Jeopardy or one of those reality shows and save your self a lot of HEAD ACHE!!
