hell yeah along with kakashi, gaara, and deidara i find him very smexy i just love his attitude and the sophisticated air that he carries about him hes an absolute genius (i have a thing for smart guys) hes also knows how to handle his long brown locks and dont get me started on the those bandages

Both of them are hot, but i think Neji is hotter. Neji is more nicer, and has a better personality, Itachi is just to cold and weird. NEJI all the way ^ ^ He is so cute with his long hair and wonderful eyes.

heck yes! Neji is FINE. His intelligence his extremely sexy and the fact that he's older than everyone else is hot. I love older guys. And that sophisticated air he has is just a turn on, but i love it. And though a lot of people dont like that attitude he has, damn... i think its the hottest thing next to Sasuke's. All that mystery. yum. haha.
