LOL
There's this motel that I drive by on the way to work. It's got a sign that says: "1 week--$ 199" "1 day--$39" "Short stay--$ 20" What's that...20 minutes?

worst motel I ever stayed in was in Detroit. It was so bad that I checked out a few hours later, and ended up paying to stay at a better hotel. Months later I was watching Forensic Files, and just weeks after my stay there, there was a murder in the room right above mine.

I didn't mean to. I was in the middle of northern Montana and all the other hotels were booked. The outside of this one looked okay, but the inside .....
Hair in the sink, something weird and gooey on the door, stains on the carpet, and old thread-bare sheets, and the guy next door coughing all night through very thin walls. I got up as early as I could and hit the road again.
It makes me shiver just to think of it again.

Yes, missed a bus on the way back from a bus trip to a Philly Eagles game and when my friend and I rolled back the cover there were things jumping around on the bed. After some loud persuation we recieved our $ back.

unfortunately I have, I was having training for my work and it is an hour away from my house--so I used this total sleaze bag nasty hotel.. It was only $40/night. I got to room from expedia--and didn't get to see it until i got there and geee it was rough.
I wanted to get up and leave but I didn't want to offend the dude at the desk so I grin and bared it, I kept thinking I was going to wake up with BED BUG bites or something nasty.

Is that the kind that you can rent by the hour, and they have those coin operated vibrating beds that only cost a quarter to work? But they never do until you're sound asleep, and they wake you up? Nope, never been there.

Unfortunately, I have when there was no other choice. It was that or sleep in the car, and at 40 below that's not much of an option.

Yes, it was the kind of place where you felt like you probably shouldn't take your shoes off.
