Did I miss something? On the end of tonight's episode, Alison said that she hadn't seen Joe smile since the funeral. What did I miss? I thought that I had only missed 2 episodes this season, of no great importance. Are they talking about the one where she dreams of lukemia in the future? Someone please catch me up.

Ariel is the first girl and no she is not dead. A former employee held Joe and few of the other his co-workers and two of the employees were killed, so I'm assuming it's one of heir funerals they were talking about.

No, Ariel is not dead. In tonight's episode two of Joe's co-workers was killed. I believe it was one of their funeral's she was referring to. The two minute replay should be up tomorrow at nbc.com.

The person she was referring to was the friend from the office who was shot and killed- Aaron. I went to doublecheck on my recording of the show
