ok initially the Welfare element substitute into complete under a REPUBLICAN CONGRESS. So yeah it takes the two aspects. To get a Republican Congress off that's butt they seem to need a Democrat President or some thing. 2d so Al Gore "streamlined" the government? Oh so that's HIS fault the FBI and CIA weren't talking? As to being a Liberal i assume by reality human beings use that as a bad word so by reality he does no longer do what they like they use that word against him.

Never liked him much the first time round, and ever since he has proved to be more and more like a neocon of the Perle, Krystal and Wolfowitz flavor.
