You could exercise mate. Sit ups, anything you can do. I'll link you to some sites. I'm 120 pounds myself, and about 6'0 at 13 years old. It's mostly muscle so you could do some weight lifting as well. I'll link more sites as I find them. :)

No you're not fat necesarrily. I just turned 16 im 190 with 6% body fat at almost 5'9'', my bro is 5'11'' 240 with the same body fat and hes really athletic at middle linebacker.

People say america is the fattest nation based on weight but dont take into consideration the popularity of weight lifting in america (since the main sport is football and everyone who plays works out, thus raising their body weight)

My brother runs a 4.7 40, weighs 240, squats 630, benches 400, no supplements at all, below average body fat

-Listed as Obese American Male

I personally like being supposedly 'fat', hah

Well, first you need to eat more than a bowl of rice. You should eat three good meals a day or five small meals a day. You are overweight. So i would suggest eating no trans fats, like no potato chips and fries, etc. Don't drink pop. Exercise 3 times a week, at least 30-45 minutes each time. Stay active and eat right!

Go to www.weightwatchers.com to learn how to eat and exercise. You can go to group meetings or do the whole thing online. You need to learn how to eat healthy... eating a bowl of rice everday puts your body into starvation mode, which means it's hard to think and your body holds on to every ounce because you're starving. Also, starving yourself will make you look like those kids from Africa with the big stomachs, and you don't want that.

My papa says to walk everyday.. that's what i do.... well like 10 or more or less minuties.. ya... and i use the scooter as well..

just make sure you don't eat at night meaning that don't eat before you sleep and don't sleep after you eat..

my dad says me staying on the computer everday like more then 4 hours, like almost 24/7 can make you fat/couch patato they can call it.....

I can't stand when people freakin starve themselves trying to lose weight, dieting doesn't mean to completely cut eating out of your routine. If you try and stop eating then your body thinks that your starving at it stores the fat, and makes it last.
