The person you're going to perform it on can douche then wipe well with an antibacterial moist wipe, that should make it as clean as possible. If nothing else wipe with an antibacterial moist wipe(buy them at the pharmacy, if it's not near TP look around diaper area).
If there are any sores, don't go for it. But that's the only thing I can think of. If you're really worried you can get the dam condoms they use for lesbians to do cunnilingus.
But aside from stds, it's not unhealthy, or really unsafe. People stick their mouthes on worse things and still live(ie fingers, fingers are dirty dirty dirty).

yea i wanted to know about this question to i have read blogs and stuff about people using dental dams but that doesnt look sexy at all...i wanted to try but kinda sketchy......
