My worst nightmare was 7 years ago, and I still remember it vividly. It was a third person dream, I wasn't really present in it, but I witnessed my mom in a yellow summery dress. She was driving her red SUV and a semi truck hauling gasoline swerved to avoid an elk on the road. My mom's car and the truck were tangled together and in an instant both were drowning in flames. It was horrible and I told my mom about it. She has never worn the color yellow since then.

When I was a little kid I used to have the same nightmare frecuently. I was alone in my sister`s room and suddenly her dolls began to move on their own, like they became alive in front of my eyes, I told someone that the dolls were moving and when I entered the room along with anyone else nothing happened. But in the moment I was alone in there, again the dolls moved their eyes and had a scary smile in their faces

my best friend had died the day i had the nightmare so i guess that had something to do with it....

my dream was weird actually...

my friend was on her dirt bike racing her brother and hit a tree and died (that is how she really died) and then her brother just kept going not nooticing her dead. then i found myself on a dirtbike and her on her dirtbike still alive and i rammed in to her and made her hit the tree this time. then i was at her funeral and i was looking at her being buried and her divorced mother and father and her 2 brothers were all crying then i began to cry. i ran away from where the funeral was and i began to get dizzy and hot and i couldnt stop running.

then i woke up sweating and hot and all i could think about was calling her and telling her my strange dream so i picked up the phone dialed her number half way then i put it down remembering she was gone...

* sorry if that was too sad for you *

What i remember the most is that i was walking into a very light lit room, from a single candle ans was walking towards a bed, dark, and misunderstanding. The bed was red, only because it was covered in blood. Dark red, blood, with a body along with it. The walls were brown, red, black. I could tell the sheets were white from the virgin spots. The person i did not know, till it became part of me, part of me was on that bed, part of me watching. I know a demon killed us. Just never knew how.

This wasn't my worst dream, but it was only part that i remember the most. ^_^

Do you mean a waking nightmare or sleep? I still dread my ex finding me. In actual nightmares every time it goes to the house where I grew up, I know it's going to be bad & I learned to wake myself up.

One day my friends and I were watching a movie and I fell asleep. I dreamt that I had fallen asleep and when I woke up all of the lights in my house were on. It was very bright and I couldn't find any of my friends or family. So, I ran outside and there were no cars or bikes. The only thing outside was the houses, their yards, and the sky. I was all alone.

It has nothing to do with dreams trust me. It is having my mother and sister strap me to that hypothetical post and hypothetically rip out my soul, mutilate it and shove it unceremoniously down by throat and tell me all they are doing is helping me. Where were my relatives standing around and watching it happen.
In real life my younger sister took my very personal life and ripped me to shredds with it. Where was my mom or do you want to know what she said and I quote.
"If that don't teach her not to play her damn games I don't know what will!"
Now when that was going on my sister convinced a b/f of mine that I needed help because I wasn't living in reality I guess that was why he hauled me down to the Mental Health Center. I passed the battery of test; he told her I passed and she told him that I was in remission. So yeah add that along with the other thing and you have my worse nightmare.
Let me tell you I was so stunned I couldn't move when he did that to me; I could see those hypothetical straps tying me to the chair...

My worst nightmare theoretically? or literally?

theoretically - watching my children suffer horribly or even die right in front of me, and I won't be able to do anything but watch.

literally - I try to forget those types of dreams - by typing it out would bring them all back. And I don't want to do that.

Good question, though!
