Someone I know did. But before he actually was able to get it he had to sign up for a bunch of stuff and then refer friends and it took almost six months before he actually got the item (it was an Ipod I think).

I don't even try. They are just a come on to get your e-mail address. As if I don't get enough junk e-mailed to me already. Telemarketers gone online, that's all they are.
