God gives everyone free will and he chooses what he wants to be. A thief isn't borned a thief. He becomes a thief when he chooses to steal other peoples stuff.
The only way God has to remove wickedness is to remove those who do wicked things.
If he removed everyone who would be willing to murder he would remove murders.

I believe that man becomes evil because I don't think that man always was evil. Over time, people have become envious, and it started wars and many deaths. Of course, every once in a while an evil person is born who naturally wants to kill, and he grows even more evil because of the people around him.

I like to think that all people are born good, and that it is mostly nurturing that determines such things, but some rare people just seem from birth to determined to live an existance I can only call "evil" for lack of a better way of putting it, and lend credibility to the idea that someone can be a "bad seed". Whether this is a potential from a combination of specific genes, or a past life thing, I couldn't begin to tell you...

Man is born with evil within him. It doesnt manifest until later in life, though.

theres no such thing a evil men or man , theres evil actions and good action but all humans have these emotion's. its like ying yang we have good and evil in us, its just the way you use it.
