Director, Bob Clark was killed in a car wreck earlier today. In his memory, What Scene From A Bob Clark Movie Do You Remember Most?

Some of the movies he wrote and directed are:
Black Christmas
Porky's
Porky's 2: The Next Day
A Christmas Story
Baby Geniuses (1 & 2)
Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things
The Ransom Of Red Chief
Turk 182!

I liked the scene in 'The Ransom Of Red Chief' when the kidnapped boy's parents refuse to pay ransom and instead 'demand ransom' from the kidnappers to take their son back... Hilarious!
And
The scene in Porky's were Beulah Ballbreaker grabs the guys 'thingy' through the wall in the girls' dressing room and then the scene changes to the principal's office and it's so funny that the actors keep cracking up but Bob Clark thought them losing it like that was funnier and just left it in. :-)

Okay Your Turn.

I remember the little revenge fantasy Ralphie had in 'A Christmas Story.' When I was a kid I used to dream up little scenarios when my parents wouldn't let me do something and think about how sorry they would be one day. When I saw the "soap poisoning" scene, I remember loving that there was another kid out there who dream up ways their parents would regret not letting us have our way.

Sad to hear that. One of my favorites of all time is in A Christimas Story, where the little boy is hiding while saying, "Daddy's going to kill Ralphie!"

All the best.

a christmas story...

where ralphie and his little brother are walking to school all bundled up and the little brother falls down and starts yelling "i can't get up, ralphie!!!"....

i had a similar experience to that so i'll never forget it....

his death is such a shame cause it was by a drunk driver...rip to him and his son and my thoughts go out to his family...
