I have had the same thing happend twice. I have to tell you, I later came to the conclusion that yes, it was a ghost. Both times it happened to me, it happened at points in my life when I was under tremendous stress, was very very upset, due to horrendous personal problems (divorce, child custody, total personal devastation). I believe that a dead relative--mother, father, grandparent--was watching me in my time of need. Others can and will scoff, and it may sound crazy. But that is what I believe happened.

If you just felt the shift, and not any fear, then you have nothing to worry about. You would feel fear if it were a malicious ghost, or 'evil fairy' (this is essencially just a ball of energy).

It likely is a spirit or perhaps a guide of some sort (think angel).

It was a ghost.

My bed does that, too, only in my case, it's my boyfriend Astral Projecting to keep me safe at night, since he's so far away and can't actually be here. :]

dose the bed get stuck like that? If it's not harming you, you shouldn't care.
