yeah ive noticed it too. some of mine dont get answered at all, i ask again,and i still dont get an answer, so its not the timing. people just wont respond unless it is an easy question.anyway thats my opinion

Time of day, who's on and like myself , I answered questions for score after level 4, I stopped doing that. I try to only answer questions that I feel I can. Others I avoid. I too have asked what I believed , really good and got only 1 answer.
It's a crap shoot. Some really dumb questions get more answers than I ever received on any of my questions.

I think it depends on the popularity of the category into which you place your question. And also timing...it seems you get the majority of your answers in the first few minutes the question is posted. So the question is, what is the most popular time for people to get on Yahoo! Answers?

Well, if you're counting, this is one. Although I don't know what the question is, the answer seems to be an uncertain number. I've seen questions with NO answers, and some with 20. Beats me why there aren't more!

I haven't read your other answer, but some people only answer questions to the ones they know answers to, or if they know they can help you with. I will go and see if I can help you answer your other question or not. Have a good evening.

Maybe it is your question, or the way that it comes across to other people. I have seen questions that were so funny that they were irresistible to answer. I tried not to but could not contain my humor and had to share my narrow view! LOL...

i know what you mean, i usually only get like 2 or 3 answers to mine too. it depends on what the questions are about mostly, but it also matters when you ask them.
