Well, have you noticed that everything...or most things have opposites? (eg. light/dark, short/long, etc...) Well there is something called anti-matter. In particle physics, antimatter extends the concept of the antiparticle to matter, whereby antimatter is composed of antiparticles in the same way that normal matter is composed of particles.

Oh, that's easy. It can if everything conserved in the universe, like charge, energy, and angular momentum adds up to zero. That seems to be the case. Yes, even energy - gravitational energy is always negative and cancels out the positive mass energy.
The real question is, then, why nothing "decided" to start with such low entropy (a nonconserved quantity), allowing it to develop so much structure.

It didn't occur from nothing! The Big Bang Theory basically states that the universe; all matter and energy was compacted together and then exploded outward.

very carefully
seriously though the energy must have started out there or the total energy of the universe was 0 or is some how there was a black hole hawking radiation could occur or according to m theory 2 or more membranes collided but no matted what energy was conserved

It can't........... go here :)

Big bang and evolution defy everything in the laws of physics. Thermodynamics. And organization and order cannot come from a chaotic explosion. And non living cannot become living. Dirt does not become dirt monster in millions of years. Also, if everything started from a particle, then the entire periodic table would have had to evolve from hydrogen.....
From post below here. If there was nothing, then there can't be a black hole. A black hole is a null surface, it takes away light. It can't work unless it has something to consume. The only thing possible would be the Greene String Theory, which is completely crazy in the first place. Even Stephen Hawking cannot explain how it is possible for the matter to come from nothing. He even admitted to it in one of his writings. But he said he would not touch creation, even though it may be right.
