There is no relationship between your period and x-rays. One has nothing to do with the other.

its fine to have a xray but if you are concern ask them but its fine

I would say no. It's dangerous if you are pregnant because it can hurt the baby, but just normal menstural bleeding should not be effected.

it is fine, and cervical cancer has absolutely nothing to do with xrays

yes it is...it increase's your chance to have crivical cancer
