If a forensic pathologist collects a hair sample, a blood sample and a skin sample and he suspects that all the same came from the same person will he expect to find the same chromosomes (DNA) in all the samples?

He would find the same chromosomes in all three.

One note: The hair sample must include a bit of skin or follicle since hair is made up of protein, not cells.

Every cell in the body has the same chromosomes. The reason why the cells are different is because each cell regulates/uses the chromosomes differently.

Yes, all body cells from the same person contain a complete set of the person's chromosomes.

Yes, because every person has their own DNA and it is the exact same in every chromosome every cell has 46 choromosones that regulates the traits of a person.

Yes except that hair may only contain mitochondrial DNA. That would be the same in all.
