How would cell potential be affected if 6M NH3 is added to .001M CuSO4 (.1M CuSO4 in other chamber)?

Would cathode/anode change? Why?

A complex is formed - [Cu(NH3)4]2+ - which lowers the concentration of free Cu2+ ions. So the cell potential would most definitely be altered, consistent with lowering [Cu2+] in that half-cell.
