Mr. Kennneeeeeeedyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By a landslide. He can work the mic, he can rock it in the ring, and he has a clue where his character is going and how to play him.
Orton is good, but he really hasn't hit his stride yet, when he does then all bets are off.
Jeff is good for the Captain Insano moves, but he doesn't have great mic skills.

Since Jeff Hardy came back to WWE, he sucked me headthrough!
Randy Orton is obviously the best out of these three.

Randy Orton. Jeff Hardy is pretty good too, and exciting to watch, however he lacks that thing that makes a maineventer a maineventer, ya know? Besides Orton is smokin' hot, very talented and a good wrestler. Mr. Kennedy looks like a crazy person, but is a very sound wrestler-I guess what ever he is missing in the head he makes it up in the ring.
