Its really tough to say. I can't imagine Nash playing one on one cuz he is such a team player. They are both quick, but iverson may be slightly quicker. I'd have to say that Nash would beat Iverson 1 on 1 cuz he has a better J and has some amazing acrobatic layups. It really doesn't matter cuz 1 on 1 isn't gonna win any championships.
Bottom Line: Nash is the Man and is gonna be MVP for the 3rd straight time.

Allen Iverson is the ALL time great player. The man who shook micheal jordan would kill nash in a one on one game all day everyday.
Nash wasn't even all that till he move to phoenix got 3 all-star and a coach that put a system around him
Iverson been averaging 30 points and 8 assists with no help for years.
Iverson vs Nash is NO COMPARSION DUDE!!! iverson all day if u watch basketball this is so easy to see!! dont listen the media or the mvp awards watch the game for yourself!!

This question is so easy, the question should not be 1 on 1, but it should be overall. There is no comparison between Iverson and Nash. Iverson is a monster who's fame is so broad that his name alone crushes Nash. Nash is a good guy, who so happens to be at the wheel of a Bentley Phantom. Iverson is a souped-up hoop-t with a mean grill, that the Bentley Phantom really doesn't want to see on the late night, or on a 1 on 1. Iverson gained fame by being the hoop-t and not wanting to get a body change around his constant-go motor. Nash gained fame by getting behind the wheel of that Phantom called the Phoenix Suns. The Phantom has one of the best motors (Stoudemire), transmissions (Marion), starters (Barbosa) etc. Iverson is the motor and transmission etc.

Allen Iverson because Steve Nash is more of a all around player, while Iverson can take over the game and score anytime he want, and Nash can only shoot jump shot, and pass, while Iverson can dunk and shoot as well as Nash.

1 on 1 Iverson any day. HE is the best shooting point guard ever. But Nash is the best all around player and team player. Iverson is a beast on offensive and plays great defense compared to Nash who cant guard a 6 year old.

LoL is this a joke? Do you realize that Nash was only considered average to MAYBE good before just 3 years ago? Iverson is a HOF player, Nash never deserved the 2 MVP's and Nash wouldnt stand a chance against Iverson.

Geez for me to answer this question qould be very biased. My favorite player is Steve nash and Allen is like 3rd or 4th. So i would probably have to go with Steve. Not just because of he's my favorite player but because of how Allen is in an invironment where he hasn't needed to score alot so that may have affected his ability to score. If there are any doubts to my last opinion I just watched the nuggets kings game and Allen makes the wide open but he passes alot more than he shoots. So to truthfully answer this question i would have to say Steve nash would beat him.
