Io, around Jupiter, is possibly the most active satellite in the solar system, as Jupiter's massive gravity is twisting it like putty (figuratively speaking).
Triton, a moon of Neptune, is also exhibiting frozen volcanoes, spewing ice.
Enceladus, a moon of Saturn, is also showing sign of geologic activity, due to the diversity of terrains, some being essentially crater free and thus very young (geologically speaking).
Finally, Titan (another moon of Saturn, the largest one actually) has recently been identified with geologic activity as well, thanks to measurement done by the Cassini probe that detected hot spots.
So there you have it: you asked for 3, you got 4. What a deal!

Io, a moon of Jupiter, and Enceladus, a moon of Saturn are definitely active. A number of other moons are suspected of being active, including Europa, a moon of Jupiter, and Titania, a moon of Uranus, but the proof is really 100% positive only for Io and Enceladus.

yep, the three moons, Io, Europa, and Titan, each has different qualities, all active biologically.
But there is one that has a methane ocean and a viscous Ammonium Hydroxide Volcano, with really dense gas (ammonia???) clouds, now...which one is that?! (you should give them 10 points if they answer that one, hahaha)
