Ok so I have pimples on my back that I hate and need to get rid of. They're like at the top of my back, so with some shirts you can see them and they look terrible!! It's not really really bad but there's a lot. What should I do? I have pimple cream for my face, should I use that? How often?

Please help!

Ewww... yeah, you can use the same stuff you use on your face, or maybe you could get something stronger since it sounds like they are bad and the one you use for your face probably won't work as well for your back because it was made for your face; which is a more sensitive area and can't take the stronger stuff.

Wow! This is so weird! I have been able to relate to so many people today! I have the same problem and in the same area. I agree. They do look bad and you can see them with almost every shirt you wear. i see a dermatologist every so often and she gives me acne creams, but you say you already have one.Take a hot shower and after that rinse off with cold water. The hot water will open your pores and wash away the dirt. The cold water will close your pores so no more dirt can get in there and create a zit. Yes, you should use your cream on your back. You should know that it doesn't work immediately. It takes about a week or so. You should also get a back scruber so you can reach your back and wash it more efficiently.Hope that helps!

I'm sorry to here about the pimples. I never have had that problem, but this I know for a fact is true. I use to work with memmonites, and you never she a memonite with bad skin or anything, but this will SOUND SICK, but i here they use urine to wipe there face and body off and then rewash themselves after awhile. Have you ever seen a menonite with bad ache. And that could be true because they do have an odor. check to c if anyone else has ever heard of that!!!!!! I'm very serious later.

Dear are u over weight
is ur body flabby ( do u have excess fat)

On face do u have too many pimples - which increase with ur periods ( are they regular)

Do you have Dandruff - dandruff can be a cause of pimples on back ( shoulder region)

Hormonal imbalance can cause boils on ur body

During hot climate u can get boils on ur body

If sugar level is high u can get boils like this - recurrent boils

I would suggest u to take internal medicine - finding out the cause
You can take homoeopathic medicine for ur problem

you can use your face acne cream on the back...if you can reach it. I have done that before. I also use an acne body wash product from Murad. Worked like a charm. I had a lot of back acne when I was working out at the gym due to sweat and the sports bra I was wearing.

I used to have this problem. Use Neutrogena Body Clear body wash and some kind of stick with a scrubber on the end to reach your back.
It clears up the acne and doesn't dry you out. Plus, it's a cheap buy!

I have that too, and I went and say a dermatologist. Sometimes they can become infections. They will give you something that will help. Also, creams for your face will probably do fine. Good Luck!
