Yes, and I think they have enough sense to stay as far away from Earth as possible. From their point of view, we're violent little savages who blow each other up on a regular basis.
Once we've learned how to behave, they may come and introduce themselves, but that won't be for a while.

Absolutely, and I believe they are staying away because associating with us would be like mankind associating with rats - after all, they can pick up our television and radio broadcasts, and with all the stupid stuff going out on the airwaves, I would stay away if I were them. Besides, if they did come to Earth, what would we do? Either blow them up (or at least attempt to do so), or try to capture them for scientific research. Maybe when mankind becomes a little less xenophobic, it may happen.
