The anemone did not cause all your fish or coral to die. How long have you had your tank running, less than a year? That is your problem not the anemone.Cells and bacteria in an anemone will not cause your tank to crash, poor water quality and the lack of immature bacteria will.
What were your water readings when it died and are you sure it is dead? Some anemone once fed look like a lump of mush in the bottom of the tank. Theya re NOT dead.
Your fish and or anemonies died from other reasons.

I agree with LeeM here. The anemone did not cause all of your others to die. How long has your tank been running and what are your water readings?
What kind of lighting are you using? What did you feed them? There are a lot of reasons your anemone and the others could have died.
Chances are if your tank was less than a few months old, it wasn't cycled long enough.
Salt water is different than fresh when it comes to cycling. Bacteria in fresh water grows then basically levels out in a matter of a few weeks. Salt water doesn't work that way. It takes much longer. Higher end fish such as triggers and inverts like anemone's need a higher level of bacteria to survive.

Anemones can be hard to keep in a saltwater tank. They have a photosynthetic bacteria inside their cells, and the bacteria make part of the anemone's food. Anemones need very good lighting (a compact fluorescent, at least, or a metal halide) to keep the bacteria alive. They also need to get some food from their clownfish (they're messy eaters) or you. Once your anemone died, it would produce a large volume of ammonia in your tank. The ammonia is probably what killed your fish and coral.
