No one. No one in the entire world has it.

the only place small pox exists is in the government lab in Atlanta, the Center for Disease Control and also in one lab in Russia. They say they are keeping a tiny specimen frozen so that if there ever is a similar outbreak they will be able to develop a vaccine quickly.

But no, no one has small pox.

Smallpox is a viral disease characterized by a skin rash and a high death rate.
