1. As for normal fractions, you tip the second one upside down and multiply; so here you multiply by 14 / (x-2)
7/(x+2) ÷ (x-2)/14
= 7/(x+2) × 14/(x-2)
= (7×14) / ((x+2)(x-2))
= 98 / (x^2 - 4).

2. 9k - 4 + 2k
= (9k + 2k) - 4
= (9 + 2)k - 4
= 11k - 4.

3. (6y+5) (2y+3)
= 6y(2y) + 6y(3) + 5(2y) + 5(3)
= 12y^2 + 18y + 10y + 8
= 12y^2 + 28y + 8.

1.) [7/(x+2)] / [(x-2)/14] --> get the reciprocal of the denominator and multiply
[7/(x+2)] * [14/(x-2)] = 98/[(x+2)(x-2)] or 98/(x^2-4)

2.) 9k - 4 + 2k = 11k -4

3.) (6y + 5) (2y + 3) --> multiply by FOIL
12y^2 + 28y + 15
