What is that picture thing called that the picture changes when you look from another angle?

Question

You know the picture thing that is on cardboard, and when you look at it from one angle you see one picture and then you rotate it a little and you see a different picture. It has a weird texture made out of plastic I believe.

I saw one at Halloween time at Walgreen's I think one way the ghost smiled and then you moved a little and the ghost looked scary. Any ideas?

Is there somewhere you can order your own (like with 2 pictures?)

I am not looking for the 3-D picture kind

hologram - reflection hologram - the two images are impressed on the plastic with a grid so only one can be seen at a time.

Not a good picture/ angle You look very tired The colour of the photograph is all wrong But i can't really say if you can or can't model it's just a bad picture!
