How can I lose a pound a week?

And don't sya weight watchers it doesn't work for me. I get overwhelmed with keeping track of all the points.

PS~ I run three times a week if that helps with your answers

drink your normal 64 oz of water plus another 8 oz for every pound you want to lose. Do this for a week and the pound will be gone.

Forget all the stupid diets that cost a ton. Ignore the ridiculous infomercials and ads about miracle weightloss products and pills.

The answer is simple. Cut some fat and calories out of your diet. Stick with chicken, pork and fish instead of red meat. Eat veggies with every meal. Eat 3 meals a day and don't eat during the evening before going to bed. Drink water instead of soda. These things will definitely work. You don't have to go to the extreme and cut out all fat and go low, low calorie...

Losing weight is not as complicated as the multi-billion dollar diet companies would want you to believe. It's fairly simple math. Low calorie, low fat equals less fat.

I said it was simple, not easy.

First, do you drink any form of soda?
Second, if you do stop and replace each soda with a 8oz. serving of water. A soda is a 1/2 lbs of weight when not flushed out with water. 16oz will get rid of 1diet soda. A whole lot more for non diet soda.

Inrease water intake overall. Cardio, Cardio, Cardio.

Go on a 1400 to 1600 calorie a week diet and try not to eat after 6pm. That's what worked for me. Good luck.

you should try to exercise and ate healthy. but become completely focused on losing weight. just try to have fun while exercising by playing pool basket ball instead of just swimming.

make your portions of food a bit smaller and yes more exercises
