What was it like? What were the positives and negatives? Do you feel that it was a positive experience overall?

I worked with a stable that used horses for therapy for handicapped kids.
we could have the kids on horses and then make sure that the ride was slow and even so that they could enjoy the horseback riding.

the kids love to ride and work with the horses and would make an effort to be with everyone to help clean and store the gear.
negative
the process of taking care of your horse to forever.
the kids were so excited that many wanted to stay to the end to work putting away the gear.
this ment later nights and homework would suffer

i sign up for only two days a week for the summer.
my horse enjoyed the attention.
