I'm working on developing a web-based comic strip. It's a humorous superhero adventure, and I thought of adding occasional references to obscure superheroes.

Back in the 1960's, there was a short-lived TV cartoon called the "Mighty Heroes". Later, around 1997, Marvel Comics had one issue that included the origins of the Mighty Heroes.

My question is, where can I find a copy of that comic? Thanks, y'all!

I read the Toonpedia article, it had the same information I already knew. I was hoping to find someone to tell me where I could find the Marvel issue that explained their origins.

I'm starting up my own webcomic, and my hero is named "Mr. Mighty" since that's about the most generic-sounding superhero name I could think of. I got the idea that I might tie his origin to that of the Mighty Heroes ... if I can't find any information, I'll just forget it and give him a separate origin.

Try going to Toonopedia. They have an entry on the Mighty Heroes, and it might give the info you’re looking for; or sometimes they have links to fansites, etc. Good luck!
