She would wear a US size 12-14, so it's really not that big (check any clothing size chart).
It's not an hourglass shape though, it's apple shape as her waist/hip ratio is 0.8. If she had a smaller waist and/or bigger bust/hips, she would be an hourglass shape.
That said she still has full bust and hips, maybe if she wore a corset, she could look really hot. 40-28-40 would be a perfect 0.7 waist/hip ratio!!

No it does not mean you are fat. Body shapes and sizes vary. I am 5'8 and half. Weigh 148, wear a size 6 in pants and dress. My measurements are close they are 38-32-40. I gained 10 pounds to become more curvy in hips and cup size went from size 4 to 6 Feel better and I look better with the extra ten because I'm tall.

a size 8 in clothes, that's if u r about 5 feet 7 inches, and to all those people that said a huge girl or a size 18 or 20, must be on drugs or someone being a dumbass!!! cuz those r my meausurementsand I am a size 8, and by no means a heavy weight!!!

I am exactly 40-32-40. I am not "huge" or "fat". I am literally bigger built. You poke me and you will instantly feel my ribcage. i have a flat stomach. However i happen to be taller. It all depends on how tall you are. As you can see i have curves, its your opinion whether i am hourglass or not.

i'm on the portion of you!! :) i'm 40-32-40 six tho. lots men think of my physique is curvy and especially lovable yet identity prefer to be slimmer. i've got referred to as myself fat yet have continuously been corrected, they say i'm thick. It relies upon truly on the guy, yet identity say your busty, with a small waist and have been given incredibly a kit interior the decrease region.

I'm literally these measurements. I weigh around 149. I'm 5'8 and wear a d sized bra. I have a flat stomach but no hips, really, and normal shoulders and thighs. So no, it doesn't mean you're a "fat**" as people have kindly said, it jsut means peoples bodies are DIFFERENT
