Did the I.R.S. really do this to Sammy Davis Jr.??

Severl years ago I heard a nasty nasty rumor; that the I.R.S. forced the family of the late Sammy Davis Jr. (rat pack singer) to exume his body from the grave! why? because apparently Sammy had been buried with large amounts of GOLD JEWELS (watches, chains etc etc.) that the I.R.S. wanted so the GOLD can be sold to pay taxes!? Will somebody please investigate this rumor? will somebody please make a request to the I.R.S. using the Freedom of Information Act to find out if this is True! and if it is True What if anything should we do? Thanks!
