Unlike Santa I cant fit through a chimney, heck getting on the roof is tough for me. Also, its hard to jimmy open a door while holding a bunch of baskets full of chocolate. This would really make my job quicker thanks!

Absolutely. I'll be awake, I'm sure, for I plan to party. By myself. If you come, would you care to stay and party a bit? There'll be lots of beer, and I might even invite Santa!

Both of my cats sleep on my bed. The Maine Coon only does it when she feels like it, but the Siamese mix loves to sleep right next to me. She will even come running into the bedroom if I say "bedtime"! I think most cats like to sleep with their owners in their bed if the owner allows it. Chances are if you leave the door open, the kitty will join you. If the cat is never allowed in your mom's room it may never exhibit a desire to go in her room, but it also may scratch at the door if it is curious enough. Chances are if it has somewhere comfortable to sleep (like in your bed!) the cat won't bother your mom. Good luck!
