I assume the subject matter here is Barack Obama. The real question should be, is Barack a black man with white blood, or is he a white man with black blood ? I can't see where either race of people can claim him as a favorite son and maybe that's appropriate given that he enjoys popularity from both sided of the racial spectrum.

Everybody should be allowed to vote and run for election, regardless of race. The only exception is if they are illegal aliens. We don't let illegals vote because it would be disasterous if many illegals came into the country and changed our laws...it would be a form of attack without a military or weapons. What this is racist. I have voted for blacks, asians, and whites since I started voting in the 70's - I vote for the best candidate regardless of race. Why would you ever suggest this or how can you legally defend such a policy.
