I think u should keep it. The person who donated the trousers should have checked the pockets first and so should the charity shop. Can u imagine how horrible it would have been if u had got home and put ur hand in the pocket and found a snotty tissue or a bloody one. Keep the money its their own fault.

No because it isn't the charity shop's money. The person that donated the pants may have left it in there by mistake or on purpose so that some one who couldn't afford new clothes could get a bit of a break

I would keep it, i paid for it fair and square.lmao
The money wasn't technically the the charity shop's, it belonged to whom ever donated them. Also, the clothes usually sell...as is no returns. If you can't return the bad stuff, why return the good stuff?
Although... if you find the money in the pocket b4 you buy them...then it still belongs to the charity shop.

Keep it. If you have to buy trousers from a charity shop you obviously need it.

You purchased the trousers and pocket contents, there should be no moral quandary in this scenario. Had you found a wallet with $50. and I.D. you would have a moral obligation to return it to the owner.

Well if you buy something it becomes your property so legally it is yours (I think. ) However in our western world we don't need anything whereas in the poorer countries £2 will save a someones eyesight(With the charity World Vision). Hope I haven't backed you into a corner. It says somewhere in the Bible 'build up your treasures in Heaven'. May God bless you

how much is 50 euro's in dollars? anyways doesn't matter. You could keep it if you needed it, or if you were doing well enough you could donate it back to the clothing store. Its a personal choice. I'd probably keep it because I need the money, and I found it, I didn't steal it, so no guilt there.
