Can you do that on the program "Photofiltre"?
If not, what program do i have to use?

you will have to install a program call, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP or the other program ADOBE IMAGE. Trust me, it will be confusing, but it'll be a lot of fun!

Call the picture up on your screen and carefully place masking tape to outline the image then spray paint the screen with dayglow or other paints - caution, this can be permanent and should not be attempted by people who don't understand the consequences.

You can buy a special paper that is glossy like a normal picture and then print your photos on it!

The easiest way is to just print the picture on a laser color printer.

You print them on glossy paper.
