Everytime i try to listen to a song, it freezes up, when i select an artist or playlist, it keeps skipping songs without playing. Is this problem able to be fixed, i saved up all my money to buy one and now it is broken, is there a store or number i can call go get opinions, or has this happened to you guys before?

if you have the warranty, you can take it back to the place you bought it and they should just give you a new one. but if you don't your kind of stuck. you can go to apple.com and go to support and they might have even more help for you there that can answer your question.

Had a weird problem like that too. What was the source of your music? The guys at the apple store suggested that the problem might be poor quality files. Not sure I bought into that theory?

Suggest you take it to an Apple store, talk to the guys at the genius bar.

It's happened to me before, but only with 1 specific song... see if there is a customer support number you can call.
