Yes. It is a proper noun.
It names a song. It is a Title noun, too.

I agree, Anthem is a noun. National is an adjective and when combined they may form a proper noun.

However, it's not specific as it doesn't identify a nation so it can be one of many. And since you've chosen to use 'the' National Anthem, shouldn't it be capitalised, as part of the title?

Otherwise ask, "Is National Anthem a noun?

I'm no good in English, I just go by the sounds. I wanted to study fonetics but I couldn't find the listing.
