I thought I heard it was going up from 39 cents?

It is currently 39c, going to 41c on May 14, 2007. You can still use any old stamps you have; you just need to get some 2c stamps to add to them.

Yup. Its going up to forty. it seems like such a small change but it comes out to millions over all.
