Your notary income should be on a 1099 form and is that is your only income, you will need to file a Schedule C also.
I have used "Tax Act" program for the past 6-years. It has all the forms and electronic filing. It is similar to many of the other programs, Turbo Tax, etc.
Hope this helps?
Thanks, Roger R.

Your notary income is self-employment income. File Schedule C or C-EZ to claim that income and any business expenses. File Schedule SE to calculate your self-employment income if the net profit exceeds $400.
